Our Online Returns Policy

At re.sustain we understand that not everything that you buy may be the perfect fit or style for you. If you wish to return an item then you can do so within 14 days of receiving your items. Providing that they are in an original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or refund, depending upon your preference. This will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

Please send your retuned items to the following address ensuring your re.Sustain goods are well packaged and meets the conditions in the terms stated at the bottom of this page. To help us process your returns faster, please mark on the returns address your order reference number and clearly state "Exchange" or "Refund" depending upon what you would like.

Depending upon your location parcels can take up to 3 working days to arrive back to us so please be patient! For security and In order to speed up the process that we recommend that you use and Express delivery service .


International Returns


International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier. Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined below.


Please mark 'Returned Items' on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes. An example of the parcel address is written below.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.


Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Re.Sustain Clothing. is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.


Please make sure that the returned goods are addressed to the appropriate department along wth your order reference number- Without this we may be able to quickly process your returned goods.
